Then comes the deserts which are plentiful and often taste divine. Most people enjoy eating deserts than anything else which is partly the reason why it's hard to diet because we find it hard to stay away from sweets. I love sweets and cakes and all that stuff but I also enjoy a good meal. I'm not a great cook but I can follow instructions. Picking up a recipe book can be a daunting task to some and you might fail the first couple of tries but once you get the hang of it you'll be able to cook a meal without lifting the book off the shelf.
